### What VERSE does.

- **In one line**: VERSE runs free digital signage on the TVs venues already own and sells ad time on those screens to brands and agencies.
- **For venues**: Screen Manager is free digital signage for the TVs a venue already owns. Cafés, gyms, salons, hotels and other venues manage their screens with it and keep up to 35% of the ad revenue if they choose to show ads.
- **For brands**: Brands plan, buy and measure campaigns in Ads Manager from $1 CPM, starting with $1, with no minimum. Every scan of an on-screen QR code is reported back.
- **For agencies**: Every client in one workspace, with up to 30% off CPM.
- **Programmatic**: Trading desks can buy the same screens from their DSP: open auction, private deals or guaranteed. From December 2026, VERSE also works as a global DSP, buying indoor screens across 46 countries through VIOOH.

### Screens and setup.

- **Setup**: Pair a screen in about a minute: install VERSE TV, scan the code, choose a playlist.
- **Kinds of place**: 21 kinds of place, from cafés, gyms and salons to hotels, coworking spaces and shops.
- **Ads**: Up to 20 seconds, with no minimum. Ads play in the ad time each venue chooses.
- **Impressions**: Counted from the player log + audience model + in-person audits.
